at Bannersprime Our Eco-solvent printers are capable of printing up to 720 dpi, while our UV printers can produce prints of up to 1000 dpi. Additionally, we offer both solvent and UV printing options for our banner and decal media.

we can not print Double sided, but we can do is we print two diffrent banners and attach them together. this will also increse durablity of banners.

we use fixed rate shipping rates for anywhere in United states, also rates are dependat on size of order.

If you experience any issues with your product due to a manufacturing defect within this time frame, we will either replace it or provide you with a credit equal to its value. we include grommets every three to four feet apart as per stander oprating process. if you need more grommets or any other requirement just mention it at time of placing order in "other Comment section" .

In the event that your order is lost by the shipping carrier, we will initiate an inquiry into the missing package and provide you with a new printout using Priority Shipping.

If theres any errors on your order after you approve the artwork, we'll send you a new banner with priority shipping at no cost. We'll also give you a full refund if you prefer. To receive a refund or replacement banner, customers must follow our reporting process within 48 hours of receiving their order. Refund wil be isuued in 48 Hours if the Online ticket is approved and will be processed and credit back to the original form of payment. if manufacturing Defects : We take pride in creating custom orders that meet our customers' specific needs. Each order undergoes two quality checks to ensure accuracy. If by chance there is a manufacturing error, we will promptly correct the mistake and send a replacement order with priority shipping at no extra charge. we can make slits/ semi circle cuts on banner to pass winds for an additional charge.

yes we use industry grade materials to make banners. these are waterproof but no need to wash it hard, you can use only wet cloth and wipe the dirt out.
